AtGrating strives for high customer satisfaction. Personal attention and providing service is very important to us. Our products are top quality and meet various quality requirements.
Despite various checks during production and transport, it is possible that a product appears to be defective or does not fit. So we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date if the product and package is in its original condition if possible.
Please follow the below steps to return the products:
1. Before your returning the products, please contact your sales representative of the defects.
2. Our customer department will issue out a Return Material Authorization Form (RMA) for you to fill in.
3. Our technical department will evaluate the described defects within a week, if the defects can not be solved anyhow by technical supports, then we accept returns and will initiate further actions.
4. Pack the product in all of its original packing, if possible, and return the products to below address:

5. After we receive your returns, we will make further access, and take action by either repair or replacement with new according to mutual communication.
1. AtGrating will assume transportation charges for return of the defective product if returned by the buyer in accordance with written instructions from AtGrating within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. AtGrating reserves the right to deny any returns if the item does not meet our requirements and we are not responsible for any lost returns.
3. All returns must include a tracking number (DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS). Please provide us with the tracking number for your return (email@example.com). Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return.
