Shipping Policy

Thank you for your business. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Shipment Processing Time


  • All orders are processed within the period negotiated between the buyer and seller.

  • Orders are neither shipped nor delivered on Sunday.

  • Instances of delay, such as those occurring due to high-volume orders, will result in notification to the customer.


Shipping Rate and Delivery Estimates


  • We normally use International Express Companies to deliver our products, including DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT. Customer can estimate the shipping rate and delivery time to your country from China on their official websites.

  • Since most of the traction is under FOB term, so the customer had better to offer their own shipping account. If the customer does not have their own account, we will prepay the freight, and bill the shipping invoice to the customer.

  • For other specific shipping terms, please contact in details with our sales via sales@atgrating.com


Shipment to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses


We currently do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


Shipment confirmation and Order Tracking


  • A Shipment Confirmation email with Tracking Numbers will be sent upon order shipment.

  • Tracking Numbers will become active within 24 hours of email receipt.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes


  • We do not assume responsibility for any applied customs or taxes.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
